After more than 8 years working as a professional nanny, I saw firsthand how difficult it was for families to find reliable, experienced, and truly professional childcare, especially when they needed support quickly or couldn't afford to make the wrong hire.

I founded Elite Nannies on Demand to give families a better option. One with higher standards, a more personal process, and caregivers who are carefully selected for their experience, judgment, communication, and ability to provide exceptional care.

Every nanny we welcome into Elite Nannies on Demand is carefully screened for experience, professionalism, and trustworthiness before being considered for our families.

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional childcare experience

  • Three or more strong childcare references

  • National and multi-county background check

  • Sex offender registry and motor vehicle record check

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification

  • Strong communication, reliability, and professional judgment
