HOW WE FIND YOUR ELITE NANNY

01 | We Get To Know You

Once you complete our contact form, we’ll connect to discuss your specific childcare needs, preferences, and schedule.

To get started, a $300 registration fee is required to set up your family in our booking system. Once registered, you’ll have access to create a family profile that our caregivers can view when they’re matched with your bookings, ensuring the best possible fit and a seamless experience every time.

02 | Request Dates

Our booking system makes scheduling a nanny simple and seamless. Just log into your profile, select the dates you need care, and submit your request.

Once submitted, the $35/day booking fee will be automatically processed, and your request will be sent to our team of elite, pre-screened nannies for matching. It’s childcare made easy, reliable, efficient, and completely stress-free.

03 | Match Confirmed

Once a nanny has been matched to your request, 50% of the total cost will be charged upfront to confirm the booking. You and your nanny will then receive each other’s contact information via email for easy communication. The remaining 50% will be charged automatically once the job is complete.

04 | Peace of Mind

When you’re ready for your next booking, simply log into your family profile to submit a new request, it’s that easy! We handle all payments directly and employ our nannies, so every caregiver you work with is fully covered under our workers’ compensation and agency insurance.   • We don’t require a minimum number of days to book care — you can request a nanny as often or as occasionally as you need. Each booking does, however, have a 4-hour minimum to ensure your nanny is compensated fairly for her time and travel. This flexibility allows families to enjoy trusted, professional care without any ongoing commitment.

    We work efficiently to match families with the right caregiver, and find that prompt responses to scheduling calls and interviews allows the nanny search to progress smoothly.

  • While we don’t use the term “babysitting,” our fill-in nanny and date night nanny services provides the same convenience, with a higher level of professionalism and care. Every nanny is fully vetted, trained, experienced, CPR certified and part of our agency team, offering the trusted, high-quality care families deserve for date nights, events, or backup support.

  • A temporary nanny provides short-term or occasional support when families need reliable care, whether that’s a few days, a few weeks, or while your regular nanny is away.

    Each of our nannies is fully vetted, agency-employed, and available to meet your family’s schedule.

  • We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to ensure the best match, especially during weekends and holidays when on-demand nanny requests are high. The sooner you place your request, the more flexibility we’ll have in finding your perfect fit for the job.
