Every great match starts with understanding your family. We will begin with a personal conversation to learn about your childcare needs, preferences, and schedule.
To begin your search, a $1,500 search fee is required and applied toward your total placement cost. Once received, we will send a detailed Family Questionnaire to help us match you with a caregiver who fits your family’s values, routine, and expectations.
02 | We Start The Search
Using your questionnaire, we’ll create a personalized job listing that highlights your family’s needs and begin interviewing qualified nannies who align with your preferences.
Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the most experienced and compatible candidates are considered.
Once we’ve identified the top matches, you’ll receive their profiles and can choose which nannies you’d like to meet for interviews.
03 | Interviews & Making An Offer
After reviewing profiles, you will select which nannies to interview. We will coordinate scheduling and guide you through each step to make the process simple and productive.
When you’ve chosen your ideal nanny, we will help craft a competitive offer and finalize a work agreement that clearly outlines expectations, responsibilities, and benefits, setting everyone up for long-term success.
04 | Peace of Mind
When it’s time to sign your work agreement, the remaining placement fee will be due. We will support a seamless transition by connecting you with trusted partners for easy payroll setup and ongoing guidance.
