Sara is referred to as the “baby whisperer” in my home. When I reached out to Sara, I was spending hours in the nursery during the day and night. Sara had a very gentle form of sleep training that I was on board with. She gave me tips to follow and wrote down what to do for specific scenarios. She is very knowledgeable in her field but also understanding that every child and family are different. My daughter now falls asleep on her own, has great naps, and my toddler gets more mommy time!
